OUR QUALITY POLICY
From the first sample, we take care of the quality at every step, we identify the key points of each product to anticipate possible difficulties in production. Our procedure & actions are meant to decrease the margin of error. Our Quality Department is totally independent from the Merchandising and Production departments, their only goal is to achieve AQL quality requirement. Our production managers monitor the production from the Pre-Production Sample validation to the Final Inspection. Crossline offers a global solution of quality, adapted to the buyer’s needs. We also collaborate with the major 3rd party inspection companies (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) as per buyer’s requirement. That’s why to ensure our quality policy we keep our eye on productivity, human resources and communication.
